 Football and Cheer - Registration CLOSES July 25th, 2014 @ 5PM

Parents - If you have not registered your child online yet, please do not wait. Registration officially closes July 25th @ 5PM.

All participants MUST be registered prior to turning in paperwork on July 26th. 

Even if you have applied for a scholarship, you must still register by the deadline.

 


Please note - Gear WILL NOT be handed out to football players, and Cheerleaders WILL NOT be able to participate in Stunt Camp if they are not registered.

2nd Annual ORJT Gear Swap

Greetings Families!

Do you have any football gear laying around your house that no longer fits your player but still has life left? Does your player need any gear for the season?

The ORJT board is happy to announce our 2nd Annual Gear Swap. We will be swapping for 2 days only on Thursday, July 24th at the baseball field and again on Saturday, July 26th at gear hand out.

Please bring your unwanted items to the baseball field on Thursday during conditioning. There will be a table and a pop up set up. You do NOT have to bring gear in order to take gear.

Items to swap- cleats, girdles, shoulder pads & helmets (certified), compression shirts, gloves, etc..

Items NOT to swap- anything that looks like it could be trash.

**Reminders:

1. Spirit pack pick up near the baseball field on Thursday.

2. Paper work AND gear distribution on Saturday.

If you have any questions please email or look for Theresa Miller near the Junior Midget field on Wednesday and Thursday  .

We will be issuing gear on Saturday July 26th.  Please come at your assigned time to make for a smooth process.   Also please ensure all fees and necessary gear deposits are handled. 

Gear will be distributed behind Oak Ridge High School snack bar at our gear shed.  Times are as follows:

Spirit Pack Update

Football Players: If you have registered and purchased a spirit pack, they will be available for pick up on the final day of conditioning at the pop up.  Spirit Packs will also be available for pick up at equipment check out on July 26th.  If you are interested in purchasing a spirit pack, they can be purchased for $20.  Sizes are limited so don’t hesitate.

Exchanges can only be made after all pre-orders are filled and are limited to stock on hand.  The next opportunity to purchase will be during the regular season.  Questions?  Contact Dalisa Sanford, VP of Operations

Tryouts begin Monday July 28th and go Monday - Friday from 530-730 both weeks ending August 8th.

2014 ORJT Season Paper Collection Night

2014 Oak Ridge Junior Trojans

Paperwork Collection Day Announced!

 

The ORJT will be collecting all necessary paperwork on

July 26th, 2014

(location and time TBA)

NOTE:

Participants Will NOT be able to participate unless all necessary paperwork in turned in.

 

Online Registration must be completed prior to accepting any paperwork to ensure all online forms are signed.

 

WHAT TO BRING:

  • 2014 Paperwork Collection Checklist (available to print on the website under Home/Documents/2014 Season Docs and you can also click on the checklist above. Will also be made available on Paperwork Turn-In Day)

 

  • Birth Certificate - A COPY of Birth Certificate unless returning from LAST YEAR. (note: returning cheer Mascots WILL need to bring a Birth Certificate)

 

  • Medical Release - A signed and stamped Medical Release form for a physical performed after 4/15/2014.

 

  • Player/Cheerleader - Please bring participant. A photo will be taken for all participants and players will be weighed(football only). (we do not need to photograph cheerleaders who were present at uniform fittings)

 

  • Proof of Residency - A proof of residency (We will accept a property tax bill, a utility bill, or cable/satellite bill that proves the registrant lives within the ORHS boundaries.)

REMINDER! Both Football and Cheer registrations are open!!!

Please pay attention to the registration instructions and the payment guidelines. We will have a 3 payment options again this year! We have also instituted new safety and medical programs to further ensure the safety of our youth. A late fee of $50 will be assessed to those who register after July 15th and on-line registration will close Friday July 26th. 

The registration link is on the home page horizontal tab and under the home tab vertical menu under "register on-line". The registration information is at the top describing registration requirements and costs by team followed by the actual registration button for each of the respective team.

We are looking forward another fantastic season this year…..Go Jr. Trojans!!!

ORJT On-Line Football Registration Now Open!

We are happy to announce our on-line registration for Football is now open!

Please pay attention to the registration instructions and the payment guidelines. We will have a 3 payment option again this year and there will be a slight increase in fees for this season due to new safety and medical programs that we are instituting for the first time. A late fee of $50 will be assessed to those who register after July 15th and on-line registration will close on Friday July 26th. Cheer registration will be announced soon.
