Parents,
Pre-Conditioning starts this week and next (see schedule below)! You should have received a note from your coaches already. If not, please contact Bob at BWellman@TaxWise.Biz.
For conditioning, please see the info below:
1. Please have your athletes wear a white t-shirt with last name and first initial on the shirt.
2. Cleats are strongly recommended.
3. Have your athlete bring PLENTY of water. One water bottle is not enough. Hydrate throughout the day…not right before practice. Gatorade is not recommended.
4. We recommend parking near the tennis courts at ORHS. Walk to the left of the tennis courts toward the back of campus and toward the baseball fields. We will try to have some signs directing you to the right fields.
5. If you are enrolled in any football camps (West Coast Football for example), we recommend you attend those first and attend pre-conditioning as time allows.
